SESSION PARTICIPANTS
All portrait sessions with Alba Rose Photography include immediate family up to 5 people. Additional family members may be added on at $25 per person.
WARDROBE
Clients must provide the wardrobe. Once your session is booked I can send you a What to wear guide to help you dress your family is the most flattering way upon request.
SESSION TIME
Tardiness on the client's part will result in reduced shooting time, which may result in less images presented by the photographer. The photographer cannot guarantee a time extension on sessions and will not cut into the shooting time of another session to make-up for lost time.
ORDERING
Your full portrait gallery will be available approximately 2-3 weeks after your session and will be presented to you in an online gallery. When viewing your gallery, you can make your digital selection and see all the other products I offer. I offer photo books, prints, metal prints, canvases, and the full digital gallery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (CANCELLATIONS): Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given for a session cancellation. If a client must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your session by emailing ARP at [email protected]. If a client does cancel, the client will forfeit their time slot and ARP will open your time slot to another client.
NO REFUNDS will be given for dissatisfaction with your images. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, hair, or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. ARP will not give refunds due to lack of subject cooperation (i.e., upset, crying baby/toddler).
CURRENT PRICING
Clients will enjoy the collection pricing that was set at the time they paid their session fee. When rescheduling, the original pricing will still apply as long as the session is scheduled within one month of the original session date. If a session is rescheduled for more than one month from the original date, the new session is subject to the prices listed at the time of the rescheduling. Please ask for an updated price list.
INJURIES:
The photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties, injuries include but are not limited to bug/animal bites, bodily injury from falls or faulty props, and/or allergic reactions to foliage or materials at the session location. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release the photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

COPYRIGHT: Alba Rose Photography retains all copyright and provides a personal print release with all downloads. Alba Rose Photography may use images from sessions for promotional use, both online, or in print. Alba Rose Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images taken during the portrait session, and these images are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce her work in any way without a reproduction release. Scanned or reproduced images are illegal, hurt the original quality of the photograph, and are prohibited.
